A practical hood with adjustable bungee draw cord keeps the rain off when it matters. The front kangaroo pocket keeps hands warm. Elastic cuffs seal the sleeves against the wind. All measurements are in inches. For the best fit, compare these measurements with a similar jacket you already own, laid flat. Body width is measured across the garment, not around your body. Sleeve length is measured from the center back, over the shoulder, to the cuff.
